CTV: Quebec wants distinctiveness in Constitution… In other news the earth still revolves around the sun… plus ca change…
If we have to open the constitution can we at least strike a deal that benefits more than Quebec? How about starting by forcing the feds to keep the nose out of provincial business… and allowing the provinces to offer services how they see fit… and dropping the stupid bilingual laws… etc.
